JSR-A8H Mercury Slip Ring
JSR-A8H is a class 8 mercury conductive slip ring. This mercury slip ring can transmit six 30A currents and two 4A control currents at the same time. It uses liquid mercury as the contact material. The mercury slip ring, also known as the mercury rotary joint, is a conductive rotary adapter with liquid mercury as the conductive medium. It is a slip ring widely used. Mercury slip ring is developed and produced by using special sealing materials, insulation and conductive technology. Its shell is made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel, and is used for any rotating signal, such as: small voltage, current, emf, thermocouple, stringauge, audio and video signal, high frequency, computer signal and electrical connection.
Fiber Optic slip ring is also called Fiber-Electric slip ring, Fiber Optic Rotary Joint. Adopt fiber to transmit signal, used to any devices to transmit electricity and Fiber signal when 360° rotating, such as HD video transmission system, microwave communication, medical equipment, sensor signal measurement, radar, and video monitoring system, etc. Especially suitable for some applications which require keeping continuous or intermittent rotating and transmitting mass data from the static side to the rotation side, which can improve mechanical performance, simplify system operation, and avoid damage to fiber when rotating. Can be combined with the traditional electric slip ring to transmit power and high-speed data.
The wire precious metal brush improves the shortcomings of the composite metal brush, with small wear debris, small size, and good signal transmission stability, but the bearing capacity is very limited. Fiber brushes are designed with multiple metal fibers, which maintain multiple points of contact with the metal ring body, and have excellent electrical conductivity and high current density.
The conductive slip ring is an important electrical component responsible for connecting and transmitting energy and signals for the rotating body. It is usually installed in the center of rotation of the equipment and consists of two parts: the rotor and the stator. The conductive slip ring is used as the connecting part of the rotating part, if it is not selected properly, it will cause the equipment to fail to operate normally or damage the equipment due to operational obstacles, and may even cause an accident.
The conductive slip ring is used to conduct electricity between two relatively rotating equipment, which can effectively prevent the problem of twisting and winding during the rotation of the equipment. However, with the development of industrial technology, more and more places need to use slip rings, and the requirements for slip rings are getting higher and higher, not only requiring the slip rings to transmit power signals, but also to transmit other media: compressed air, Hydrogen, nitrogen, chemical mixed gas, steam, cooling water, hot water, hot oil, petroleum, sulfuric acid, beverages.
